Daniel, the owner of Libelloup, is vastly experienced as a chef in restaurants and hotels. He knows the meaning of hospitality full well and is eager to indulge his guests culinary.
He prefers using fresh regional products which are prepared purely and honestly. Dessert is 'specialite de la cuisine', so you can look forward to real treats.
Each day a different three course menu'gastronomique' is served and you can choose between meat, fish or something vegetarian.
Dietary preferences are no problem what so ever.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the atmospheric ambiance of our "salle a manger" with its characteristic granite floor and furniture made out of scaffolding wood.
