Each day a different three course menu'gastronomique' is served and you can choose between meat, fish or something vegetarian.
Dietary preferences are no problem what so ever.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the atmospheric ambiance of our "salle a manger" with its characteristic granite floor and furniture made out of scaffolding wood.
